Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:This invention provides a colored alkali developable photosensitive resin composition comprising an alkali developable resin composition, and, further, a coloring material (E) and a photopolymerization initiator (F). The alkali developable resin composition comprises a reaction product prepared by esterifying, with a polybasic acid anhydride (D), an epoxy adduct having a structure, formed by adding an unsaturated monobasic acid (B) and a compound (C), selected from phenol compounds, alcohol compounds, amine compounds and carboxylic acids, to an epoxy resin (A) represented by general formula (I). The colored alkali developable photosensitive resin composition is characterized in that the epoxy adduct has a structure in which, per epoxy group of the epoxy resin (A), 0.1 to 1.0 carboxyl group of the unsaturated monobasic acid (B), 0 to 0.9 phenolic hydroxyl group, alcoholic hydroxyl group, amino group, or carboxyl group of the compound (C), with the sum of the unsaturated monobasic acid (B) and the compound (C) being 0.1 to 1.0, have been added. The esterification is carried out in such a manner that the number of the acid anhydride structure of the polybasic acid anhydride (D) is 0.1 to 1.0 per hydroxyl group of the epoxy adduct.
