Processing technology for welding graphite segment of graphite commutator on coppper base

This inventioin discloses a processing method for soldering graphite plates of a graphite commutator on a copper base characterizing in cleaning graphite first, then drying it and cleaning it with alcohol graphite and blowing it, degreasing to remove oil of a copper base with a metal abluent in a cleaning machine to be dried then to remove the oxidation skin with dilute HCl then to be dried and cleaned with alcohol to be blown finally, and a solder mode of heating resistors is applied for soldering by melting the solder then to be cooled.
