Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an experimental device of rotary single-phase flow washout. It contains lower fluid container, upper fluid container, transmission shaft, rotary disk, copper collar-carbon shoe, connecting axile bush, conversion electric engine, engineer controlling computer, Luggin capillary, potentiostat, working electrode and auxiliary electrode. Open four holes on side of rotary disk uniformly and cover a flat of stainless steel or platinum as auxiliary electrode. Utilize four wires through holes to converge on rotary disk and connects with copper collar-carbon shoe and potentiostat by central hole of transmission shaft. Working electrode is made of tested samples. Set cooling coil on lower fluid container to reduce medium temperature and recycle circuit outside upper fluid container to control working electrode temperature. It can simulate actual working condition in industrial environment and be applied in washout testing. It is used in safety researches of piping and tube bundle devices which are damaged by washout including invalidation, washout prediction, optimum design, risk check, safety evaluation and life-span prediction etc. |
