Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparing craft of gyroscopic instrument permanent-magnet torque device with magnetic temperature to compensate alloy, which comprises the following steps: adopting powder metallurgic method to produce magnet temperature compensation alloy; pressing the mixing powder at the pressure of 100-200MPa; clinkering with hard vacuum furnace; setting the vacuum degree at 1X10-3Pa-1X10-2Pa, clinkering temperature at 1200-1380 deg.c and keeping time at 2-8 h; cooling; controlling the temperature between 200 deg.c and room temperature; tapping; getting the product. This invention possesses merits of big stability, strong compensatory capacity, small DeltaB/DeltaT value fluctuation, good compatibility and DeltaB/DeltaT=0.0054-0.0055T/deg.C at the same time. |
