Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for degrading MTBE with biological mixture of bacteria and chlorella. The title method comprises mixing MTBE-degrading bacteria and chlorella at an initial cell content ratio of (1-1000):1; and co-culturing at 20-40deg.C for 5-15 days under irradiation condition in a closed system containing MTBE with an initial cell content of 106 to 108 cells/mL. The method has rapid degradation rate and good decomposition effect without requirement of additional oxygen supply apparatus.
