The fatty acid alkali metal salt of the composition contains an alkali metal salt of a saturated fatty acid having 12 to 16 carbon atoms as a main component, the mean particle size of the powder soap is 50 to 500 [mu]m, and the water content of the composition is 3 wt% or less.
