Zusammenfassung:Provided is a method for manufacturing a flexible metal laminating board with optimal composition and thickness for optimizing adhesive and etching property by controlling thickness and component of a coating layer. The method for manufacturing a flexible metal laminating board with optimal composition and thickness for optimizing adhesive and etching property comprises: preparing a polymer film required in manufacturing a flexible metal laminating board; applying alloy of nickel and chrome in an alloying ratio of 80:20~95:5 on one side of the polymer film; forming a metal seed layer comprising copper or copper alloy on the surface of the coated layer of nickel and chrome alloy; and forming a metal conductive layer comprising copper or copper alloy on the surface of the formed metal seed layer.
