| Zusammenfassung: | A method of analyzing an analyte, comprising feeding a test sample wherein there is the possibility of containing of analyte to a reaction system by supply means including a translucent region consisting of a translucent material; in the reaction system, reacting the test sample with a detection reagent for the analyte; and analyzing any signal from the reaction product, characterized in that in the feeding step, the translucent region of the supply means is irradiated with light and the optical intensity thereof is analyzed, thereby discriminating the type of the analyte. |
