Processing method, system and device in charging process

In the disclosed method, after receiving service request from terminal user, service net element requests online charging system to carry out authenticating charging for terminal user. Based on stored information, the online charging system ensures paying mode of terminal user, and provides the mode of terminal user to net element. Thus, net element does not need to store coincidence relation between user's number segments and paying mode of terminal user like current technique does so as to reduce memory spending of service net element. Moreover, it is also not necessary to determine whether paying mode of terminal user initiating service request is in prepaying mode or after payment so as to raise handling property of service net element, and reduce maintenance cost of charging system.
