The method comprises: performing aminolysis reaction on 4-chloro-2,6-dihydroxypyrimidine and methylamine aqueous solution at normal pressure in the presence of catalyst to obtain 6-methylamino uracil with purity higher than 99%, yield of 2.6-81.6%, and melting point of 290.1-291.8 deg.C. Compared with present techniques, the method avoids high-pressure aminolysis reaction, thus has such advantages as mild reaction conditions, high product purity, and high yield. |
