Multifunctional oil-water separator, and separation technique

This invention relates to apparatus and technique for treating wastewater, more specifically, a multifunctional oil-water separator and its separation technique. A first and a second chamber are set in the tank. A horizontal filter is set below the first chamber. Several parallel inclined plates are set in the horizontal filter. A residue discharge mouth is set below the horizontal filter. A raw water inlet is set on the horizontal filter. A passage is set above the first and the second chambers. Pipeline filter and adjuster are set on the passage. A filter core is set in the second chamber. A water outlet is connected with the filter core. After treated by this oil-water separator, the oil-containing wastewater has oil content reduced from 20000ppm to 15ppm. Besides, the oil-water separator has small floor area, and can utilize a wide variety of heat sources.
