Internal reinforcing type bamboo wool composite container bottom board and its manufacturing method

The present invention relates to an interior reinforced type bamboo-wood composite container bottom board and its production method. Its structure is characterized by that its upper and lower surface layers are respectively a layer of clone longitudinal veined single board made in southeast Asia, then its intermediate portion includes a layer of longitudinal veined single-board whose double faces are coated with glue or impregnated with glue and dried at low temperature and a layer of single-board impregnated with glue of dried at low temperature or a layer of bamboo curtain or bamboo mat. Its production process includes the following steps: (a), finishing and sorting single-boards; (b), impregnating bamboo curtain and bamboo mat; and (c), assembling blank and hot-pressing.
