Method and system for accomplishing dicing cutter quick matching

The invention provides a method for realizing fast matching of a granulator, which comprises: gaining object rotation speed values of driving equipment and driven equipment, respectively adjusting therotation speeds of the driving equipment and the driven equipment to corresponding object rotation speed values, gaining the practical rotation speed values of the driving equipment and the driven equipment, and shifting the difference values of the practical rotation speed values and the object rotation speed values in the pre-arranged valve value range to the driving equipment controlling in the matching time arranged in advance. Meanwhile, the invention also provides a system which realizes the fast matching of the granulator. According to the method and the system provided by the invention, the fast matching problem of the granulator and a gear pump in the granulating system can be excellently solved, and the running stability and precision of the system can be improved.
