The environment-friendly and free-machining copper alloy material consistsof one of 57 to 67 percent of Cu, 0.2 to 3.0 percent of Sb, 0.20 to 3.0 percent of Si, 0.05 to 2.0 percent of Al, 0.05 to 0.20 percent of P, Pb less than or equal to 0.01 percent, ferrum (Fe) less than or equal to 1 percent, magnesium (Mg) less than or equal to 0.3 percent, rare element (RE) less than or equal to 0.3 percent, boron (B) less than or equal to 0.5 percent, titanium (Ti) less than orequal to 0.5 percent, remaining zinc (Zn) and impurities; the environment-friendly and free-machining copper alloy material is processed by adopting a squeezing technique that consists of working procedures of batch feeding, fusion casting, heating, squeezing, sizing, examining and packaging or a stretching technique that consists of working procedures of batch feeding, fusion casting, heating, squeezing, sizing, stretchin
