Zusammenfassung:	A copolymer plasticizer for PVC plastic is prepared by taking C4-C12 fatty saturated dicarboxyl-acid and straight chain or branched chain C2-C10 fatty saturated glycol as initiator, taking mixtures of C6-C16 fatty saturated mono-carboxylic acid and C6-C14 fatty saturated unit alcohol as reactive terminator and esterifying to obtain final product. It has excellent transfer resistance and heat-resisting volatility and can be used as electrical appliance wire, elements of vehicles and gaskets.
