Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a rotating machine and wind power generation system, and in a permanent magnetic rotating machine which is provided with a stator and a rotor of a permanent magnet which carry out distribution winding for a stator core, the rotor of the permanent magnet is provided with a ventilation road in the axial direction. In addition, in the axial direction, a fan which sends cooling air is collocated on a rotating axle, and then, the rotor of the permanent magnet is arranged into the structure that the stator core is connected with the rotating axle with a rotor spider, thus improving cooling property and reducing volume in the rotating machine, especially in a wind power generation rotating machine.
