Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for improving the stability of optical recording media reading signals, comprising the steps of: adjusting the absorptivity of an optical recoding media by changing the thickness of the optical recording media, namely improving the absorptivity of the optical recoding media by increasing the thickness of the optical recording media; and lowering the ratio of erasing power to writing power. According to the method, the disc absorptivity is controlled by adjusting the recording media thickness, and matched with the ratio of writing power (Pw) to erasing power (Pe) of the recording laser, so that a laser irradiating power most appropriate for changing specific recording film optical property is got.
