Zusammenfassung:	A kneading degree adjusting device (4) used for a meshing-type two-axis extruder (1), the device having a pair of spacers (22a, 22b) arranged at positions that hold both circular cross-sectional sections (20, 20) of a pair of screws (3, 3) from both sides of the direction in which the pair of screws are arranged side by side, and also having a pair of restriction members (23a, 23b) having a shape lying along the circumferential surfaces of the circular cross-sectional sections (20, 20) and arranged at positions that hold the pair of screws from both sides in the direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction. Each of the spacers is constructed so as to be movable between a position for adjustment and a receded position, the adjustment position being a position where the spacers face the circular cross-sectional sections, the receded position being a position where the spacers are receded outward, allowing passage of the screws when they are pulled out from barrels.
