The making method comprises the following steps: boiling kudzu root, hovenoside, green bean and sangshen for 2-3 times for 0.5-3h every time; filtering; obtaining the solution; adding vitamin C, vitamin B1 and B2, edible calcium salt, edible zinc salt, chlorophyll copper sodium and corrigent to stir; adjusting water quantity to regular quantity; filtering; sterilizing; obtaining the product without side-effect for human body; fitting for drinking secularly.
