Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to steel plate surface treating agent, and is especially one kind of surface lubricating agent for raising the punched surface quality of zinc plated steel plate and its treating method. The surface lubricating agent consists of one or several cations selected from Co, Ni, Fe, Mo, Mn, K, Na, Mg and Ca ion and in the total amount of 0.1-25 g/L, and one or several anions selected from SO42-, MoO42-, PO43-, MnO4- and F- and in the total amount of 1-100 g/L. The treating process includes the following steps: 1. controlling the temperature of the surface lubricating agent in 5-35 deg.c; and 2. distributing the surface lubricating agent through spraying or soaking onto the surface of hot zinc plated and cooled steel plate and drying via extruding or blowing. The present invention is used mainly for lubricating surface of steel plate.
