The invention relates to a disc damage preventing device of suction CD player. The invention forms a V type or U type interference avoidance part on back of the base of optical collector, during the cause of disc is loaded to mainframe and nipped to main shaft table by forceps, it prevents the back of disc is pressed to disturb the back of disc to generate nick and damage the disc. The invention possesses advantages of preventing scrape the disc surface during the cause of inserting the disc, during the cause of inserting and spring disc, the factor of scraping with other object can be removed to make the storing and reading device more reliable. Especially the V type or U type interference avoidance part on back of the base of optical collector can prevent defect of disc damage for scraping. So it can make height-space between the rotary table of main axis motor and base of optical collector least and produce thinner products.
