The invention discloses a serial communication analysis device, which comprises the following parts: storage mode, display mode, power supply mode, serial data information standard conversion mode, control and front end analysis mode, universal computer, communication interface mode and information conversion interface mode, wherein the control and front end analysis mode realizes front end control of each mode, which analyzes and stores the received data according to the need. The invention provides flexible analytical software with analytical calculation following communication protocol at digit and byte order and order sequence, which is fit for synchronizing and asynchronous communication with corresponding conversion circuit to analyze data between both serial communications.
