Zusammenfassung: | A method for converting rare-earth triple-primary color luminescent material into white light by bluish violet light diode is carried out by mixing M3-x-y(PO4)2.(SrCl2.6H2O)x:Euy2+ with M1-xAl2-nO4.nB2O3:Eux2+, M1-xAl2-ySy:Eux2+ and charge compensator, weighing proportionally, grinding, placing it into Al2O3 crucible, high-temperature burning at hydrogen-nitrogen or carbon contained atmosphere, synthesizing luminescent material, high-temperature burning at sulfur and carbon contained atmosphere, synthesizing luminescent material, cooling, crushing, screening, after-treating to obtain 5-30wt% blue-light rare-earth crystal luminescent material, 10-50wt% green-light rare-earth crystal luminescent material, and 30-60wt% red-light rare-earth crystal luminescent material, mixing it with additive resin, coating into bluish violet diode core to absorb bluish violet, and converting it into white light.
