It is characterized in that: in the short pipe (7), the braking pipe (15) with two openings forms a circumferential space (16) with the short pipe; on the braking pipe having an opening (17), and flexible pipes (18) are arranged around the opening; between the short pipe (7) and valve base (2) forming a connection between the circumferential space (16) and the flow circuit (3). When fluid reflows, making the flexible pipe (18) expand from the opening toward the circumferential space (16), and making a part of fluid of the circumferential space (16) flow channel (27), (35), (36), (37) to the flow circuit (3) of the upper side of the valve.
