Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method capable of producing hydrogen by adding uncoupler to regulate and control direct illumination of marine green alga. Said method includes the following several steps: making algal cell of logarithmic growth anaphase be suspended in fresh marine culture medium, regulating algae density to about 2.80-3.00X10 to the power 6/ml, adding proper quantity of Kangweifang nutrient salt, centrifugally concentrating algal cell and placing said algal cell under the illumination to make culture for 1-6hr, regulating pH of algal liquor to 7.50-8.50, discharging oxygen gas from reaction system, adding uncoupler and making the concentration of uncoupler in algal liquor be 5-10 mu M, making direct illumination so as to produce hydrogen.
