Zusammenfassung:	The present invention reveals preparation process of organic phase fluid, such as heat conducting fluid and lubricant oil, with dispersed nanometer metal oxide particles. The preparation process includes feeding one kind of alkali water solution (water phase) and one kind of organic solution (organic phase) with dissolved organic salt of metal to a rotary filling bed reactor, and applying great centrifugal force to the two kinds of solution so as to make the organic phase and the water phase contact mutually for fast acid-alkali neutralization and oxidation to obtain nanometer metal oxide particles dispersed stably inside the organic phase and to obtain the nanometer fluid.
