Procedures are that plant sterol microorganism degradation product is mixed with new distilling nitromethane, nitromethane which occupy the added nitromethane total volume 0-15% is braized in the protection of inert gases, then organic base is added and the mixed liquor back flows 0.5-40h in the protection of inert gases. The reaction is revealed by TLC, and then the product is got after the reaction product is decompressed to dry and purified. |
