Method for manufacturing thin type tabulate fuel cell and plate electrode

The tabulate direct methanol fuel cell includes following parts: (1) integration type cathodic pole plate includes multiple regions of cathodic poles, which are formed on positive and negative faces through electroplating; multiple perforations are densely covered on two faces; being setup out of the regions of cathodic poles, first conducting perforation is connected to the regions of cathodic poles through lead wire; (2) multiple pieces of proton exchange membrane are configured relevant to multiple regions of cathodic poles; (3) middle contact layer includes multiple openings in use for holding multiple pieces of proton exchange membrane, and multiple second conducting perforations configured relevant to first conducting perforation; integrated anode plate includes multiple regions of anode poles, and multiple third conducting contacts; (4) bottom board of fluid channel. Protective layer in graphite state covers integrated multiple regions of cathodic poles and anode poles.
