Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the preparation process of anion modified organosilicon emulsion with the functions of raising the softness and shrinkproof performance of fabric. The present invention features that peregal-O25 as the additional product of anion emulsifier fatty alcohol and epoxy ethane is re-compounded with non-ionic emulsifier alkylphenol ethoxylate; and in the presence of sulfonic acid as catalyst, two kinds of coupling agents with different substitution radicals and organoslicon monomer are used to modify composite emulsion through copolymerization to produce milky emulsion. The emulsion has solid content of 21-23 %, and has excellent functions of making protein fabric soft, shinkproof, wash resistant, loose and elastic.
