Provided in the present invention are a rice genetic codon-optimized OsrAAT gene, related vector and a method for expression of OsrAAT in transgenic rice seeds by using the vector and a method for isolating and purifying OsrAAT. A transgenic rice seed expressing OsrAAT is prepared by the endosperm-specific expression vector. The purity of OsrAAT isolated and purified from transgenic rice grains reached 97% with HPLC grade and the yield of OsrAAT was up to 18.89 ± 3.19% of total soluble proteins, thus corresponding that 0.366 g of OsrAAT per kilogram can be produced from brown rice. |
