Zusammenfassung:	Electrode jumping (amount (23) of jumping of a second electrode) is performed, in which the jumping amount is set so that balls or rollers used for a slide portion of a machine drive part makes one turn or more in addition to electrode jumping (amount (22) of jumping of a first electrode) for discharging the chips produced during the discharge machining. When a lubricant feeding device (101) is detected to be abnormal, the machining is suspended after the program ends or after a predetermined period of time. When the program is other than the machining programs, the execution of the program is continued.
