Zusammenfassung: | The connecting terminal is intended for a row-mounted device, in particular for a line protection circuit breaker. It has two plates (3, 4) for clamping a busbar (1) of an electrical installation equipment, as well as a screw connection having a screw (6) for producing the clamping force. The screw (6) can rotate and acts on a moving clamping plate (3) of the two clamping plates (3, 4). Furthermore, a guide device is provided for guiding a sliding body of the moving clamping plate (3). The guide track (7) has two sections which merge into one another, of which (when the screw connection is undone) a first section (8), which runs essentially in a straight line, is used to push away the moving clamping plate (3) of the busbar (8), and a second section (9), which is arranged inclined at an obtuse angle with respect to the first section (8), is used to pivot the moving clamping plate (3) which is pushed away from the busbar (1). The second section (9) of the guide track (7) runs in the form of a spiral which is curved, in particular, logarithmically. The origin of the spiral is located on the rotation axis of the moving clamping plate (3) when the pivoting movement is taking place. Such a connecting terminal is distinguished by simple design and can be tightened and released very quickly. In addition, it can absorb very large tightening torques and is thus particularly suitable for clamping conductors which carry heavy currents. |
