Foodstuff container = dispenser - has cylindrical plastic body with parallel longitudinal rails supporting food while central threaded rod actuates compression disc and is articulated to rotating cutter

The device includes a cylindrical body of transparent plastic with two longitudinal rails for supporting a lump of e.g. cheese. A threaded rod is placed along the body axis. The rod extremity is articulated to a rotating cutter. A compression disc normal to the body axis is screwed on the rod. The disc rim presents two notches allowing it to slide along the parallel rails. The body (30) may be refrigerated by a compressor (31), with a pulley-coupled, food distribution motor (33) under the control of an electronic circuit. The circuit is coupled to a photoelectric cell which detects the presence of a plate under the container. USE/ADVANTAGE - For storing and dispensing food products e.g. cheese. Is simple and easy to use without requiring cleaning between loads. Can be put in freezer for preserving food. Eliminates risk of breaking or deforming food.
