The deflector (3) comprises lamella elements arranged in a ring (2) concentric to the axis (A-A) of the air channel. The rotor (4) is rotated about an axis perpendicular to the axis (A-A) of the air channel. The rotor (4) may have plates which can be pivoted out of the rotor plane, to regulate the velocity of the rotor (4) and the pulse frequency of the delivered air stream. USE/ADVANTAGE - Also for wall mounted hand and hair dryer, air shower, therapeutic appts. etc. Rapid drying using pulsed air stream.
