Zusammenfassung:	The tail light comprises several light emitting diodes used as light sources. At least one of these diodes generates light emitted into a backward direction. The other diodes are emitting light into lateral and upward directions. For this purpose an arrangement of reflecting surfaces deflects part of the light of the diodes upwardly. In this way it is possible to reach a required light distribution at a considerably reduced power consumption.
