Zusammenfassung:	The operating drive uses a drive wheel at the end of each guide rail (4,5) for the horizontal bar (7) attached to the front edge of the sun blind web (8). The web (8) is rolled about the tube (9) using an electric motor (13). Each end of the bar (7) a has an attached slide (14) displaced along the respective guide rail (4,5) under control of an endless drive chain passed around the drive wheel at one end and around a deflection wheel at the opposite end of the guide rail (4,5). Pref each guide rail (4,5) comprises a hollow profile, with 2 opposing hollow spaces for receiving the drive chain and a pair of opposing walls for guiding the slide (14). The profile may have 2 identical halves joined by a bridge section. ADVANTAGE - Compact drive mechanism.
