Zusammenfassung:	In a device for the controlled dispensation of plastic substances from cartridges, the cartridges are mounted in a pressure support removably secured to one end of a hollow cylinder. A piston is slidably displaceable through the cylinder by a pressure medium and, in turn, the piston displaces a pusher rod extending into the pressure support for dispensing the plastic substances. The pressure support is releasably secured to the cylinder by an eccentric shaft located in the one end of the cylinder. By releasing the pressure support, cartridges can be replaced and the piston and the piston rod returned to the starting position.
