Zusammenfassung:The system contains an explosion chamber (1) in the form of a tube closed at one end, a spark plug (2) arranged within the explosion chamber (1), a first device (3) for introducing a gas mixture, a second device (4) for adding a predefined amount of pulverulent coating material, and a control device (5). The first device (3) contains a mixing device (6) connected to gas mixture sources (7, 8 and 9) and to the explosion chamber (1). The second device (4) contains a dosing device (18) connected to the explosion chamber. The control device (5) has a control unit (26), a feedback circuit (32) a guard plate (45) and a control loop (47). The control unit (26) is electrically connected to the spark plug (2) and the first and second device. The feedback loop (32) has a sensor (33), which is arranged in front of the open end of the explosion chamber (1) for the purpose of detecting powder in the detonation product, and a signal converter (34). The guard plate (45) is arranged in front of the open end of the explosion chamber (1) and behind the sensor (33). The control loop (47) has a logic threshold element (48) which provides an electrical connection of the guard plate (45) with the signal converter (34) of the sensor (33). The most successful application of the system is in coating workpieces which during operation are subject to more severe effects of corrosion, erosion and heat as well as high stresses.
