Process for preparing 2,4,6-triamino-5-arylazopyrimidine
2,4,6-Triamino-5-arylazopyrimidine is prepared by, in a first step, reacting malononitrile with aryldiazonium salts to give the arylazomalononitrile and, in a second step, reacting the arylazomalononitrile with a guanidine while heating in the presence of a solvent.
