Pharmaceutical preparations in the form of hydrodynamically balanced tablets or capsules, comprising a combination of an aqueous phase N-nitroso compound blocking agent and a lipid phase N-nitroso compound blocking agent. Preferably the blocking agents are respectively vitamin C and vitamin E.
