Zusammenfassung: | Particles of vegetable material, for example coffee, cereal and/or chicory material, preferably roast vegetable material, having particle sizes of between whole coffee beans and colloidal powder, are put into contact with volatile aromatic substances in order to absorb flavour. Small amounts of flavoured particles obtained are mixed with food substrates, for example soluble powders or extractable material, and this is then packaged. When the packaging upon use is first opened and then reopened, the packaged product has a noticeable and persistent headspace aroma. |
