Zusammenfassung:	A process for the production of tablets includes compressing granulated material at a regulated temperature. A tabletting machine includes cam-actuated upper and lower punches 10, 11 cooperating with die cavities 13 in a rotary table 12 having ducts 35-37 supplied with a liquid or gaseous medium of adjustable temperature. Alternatively ducts in the table and upper punch contain electric heaters. In a modification the machine is enclosed in a chamber associated with adjustable heating or cooling units.
