| Zusammenfassung: | The new derivatives of 6-(m-aminophenyl)-2,3,5,6-tetrahydroimidazo[2,1-b]thiazole or m-aminotetramisole are obtained by reacting the l or dl form of 6-(m-aminophenyl)-2,3,5,6-tetrahydroimidazo[2,1-b]thiazole with an acid or its functional equivalent as acylating agent and, when the racemic form of the starting thiazole is used, the dl product is resolved so as to obtain the laevorotatory form. The compounds obtained have anthelmintic properties. |
