Zusammenfassung:The compounds having an anti-inflammatory and/or analgesic and/or central nervous system depressive action correspond to the formula shown below: with NO2 in the meta position, R denotes alkyl, alkenyl, propargyl, cyclopropylmethyl, benzyl, mono- or trihaloethyl, hydroxyethyl or -propyl, acetoxyethyl, alkoxyalkyl, hydroxyethoxyethyl or ethoxycarbonylmethyl; with NO2 in the para position, R denotes alkyl. The compounds are obtained by introduction of the residue R into the corresponding 1-nitrophenyl-1H,3H-quinazoline-2,4-dione.
