Zusammenfassung: | The known awnings are to be improved such that they permit adjustability of the profiles and of the awning surface in as many degrees of freedom as is possible, in order to adapt the opened-out skin, depending on circumstances, to the angle of incidence of the light rays or of the wind. In addition, it is intended that the awning surface should be opened out and aligned without difficulty. These advantages are, according to the invention, found in an awning, the bearing element of which can be inclined with respect to the securing means and on which there is articulated a gear mechanism which is connected to the profiles (2, 3) and by means of which the profiles, together with the covering, are mounted such that they can rotate about an axis (F), located in the opening-out plane (E1), and can be inclined with the opening-out plane. In this arrangement, the gear mechanism is to be arranged pivotably on a pivot spindle, running approximately in the opening-out plane, and is to be provided with a main shaft which is perpendicular to said spindle and connects the gear mechanism to a pivot bearing which receives the bearing ends of the profiles and, in planes perpendicular to each other, can be inclined (x) perpendicularly to the wall and can be pivoted (m) parallel to the wall. |
