Zusammenfassung:The cardiac monitoring device coupled to a flexible metal band (18, 20) detects and electrocardiac signal from an arm and applies this detected signal to an electronic circuit mounted in a casing (14). Means are also provided for receiving a second electrocardiac signal from the other arm. The receiver may be a contact piece (16) adapted to be placed in contact with a second flexible metal band around the wrist of the other arm, fitted with an identical contact piece (28) or a metal piece adapted to be held between the thumb and a finger of the other hand.
