Zusammenfassung:	In the apparatus, the spinning chamber (8), the air line (3) and the air collector (2) are designed as an inseparable airtight system. The airline (3) has a hose (17) connected to the air collector (2) in an airtight manner and a pipe (16) which is connected to the hose (17) and which is connected to the spinning chamber (8) in an airtight and displaceable manner. When the spinning chamber (8) is shifted in the event of a thread break, the air pressure in the system is maintained, thereby making it easier to operate the apparatus.
