Zusammenfassung:	1,267,286. Anti-foaming compositions. HENKEL & CIB G.m.b.H. 2 Sept., 1970 [3 Sept., 1969], No. 41886/70. Heading C5D. A cleaning composition includes an antifoaming. agent comprising a mixture of (a) a reaction product of ethylene diamine, ethylene oxide and propylene oxide which has a turbidity point of 10-35‹ C. and (b) a C 12-18 fatty alcohol or a water-insoluble reaction product thereof with ethylene oxide, the weight ratio (a) : (b) being between 5 : 1 and 20 : 1 or between 1 : 5 and 1 : 20. The C 12-18 fatty alcohol may be dodecyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol or oleyl alcohol. Other cleaning composition ingredients specified include dodecylbenzene sulphonate, tetrapropylene-benzene sulphonate-triethanolamine salt, a nonylphenolethylene oxide-propylene oxide condensate, caustic soda, sodium tripolyphosphate, trisodium polyphosphate, polymer phosphate, sodium sulphate, sodium silicate, sodium perborate.
