Zusammenfassung: | The component consists of a thick inner layer of thermoplastic material on both sides of which thin intermediate layers of an adhesion agent are applied. Thin external layers of metal are applied to the adhesive layers. The polyethylene, of density 0.918-0.930 g/cm3., is continuously extruded at a thickness of 1-20 mm. and an 0.01-0.2 mm. thick film of quaternary polymerisate is used to cover the thermoplastic material. The polymerisate consists of 0.5-20.0 wt.% of an ethylenated unsatd. carbonic acid, 0.5-20.0 wt.% of an ester of the latter, 60-90 wt.% ethylene, as well as 0.3-5.0 wt.% of isobutylene. Sheet metal 0.05-2.5 mm. thick is then continuously applied on both sides by rolling at 100-250 degrees C. and pressure of 5-50 kp./cm2., and the sandwiched structure is cooled to below 60 degrees C. and cut into the required lengths. |
