Zusammenfassung:Electrode for electrochemical cells of powder-formed catalysts with a porous covering on the side of the electrolyte, as in Neth. 6600,332, is characterised by the powder-formed catalyst particles being mutually bonded with a binding-agent, as well as to the non-metallic covering. The placing of the catalyst particles on the porous base layer, and the mutual bonding of the particles pref. is performed by means of heat and pressure. The binding-agent employed may be a powder composed of one of the following components: polytetrafluoroethylene, polymethyl methacrylate, polyethylene, or glass.
